Where Learning Begins
The School-To-Work Transition Initiative is a joint project between UNICEF and the Special Education Unit of the Ministry of Education and Youth. The project is in its second phase and aims to introduce School-To-Work Transition (STWT) preparation to supplement the curriculum for youth with disabilities.
This site houses workshop materials and other resources to assist you with the planning effective programmes for STWT .
